I'm not that excited about Thanksgiving this year and for that matter, any year. I'm not a huge fan of holidays because it just gives people an excuse to spend money. For people with disposable income it's not that big of a deal, but working class people try to "keep up with the Jones's" and that's pointless.

Now, since I can't single-handedly change everyones mind about holidays then I will tell you the things I do like about Thanksgiving. I really like when there's a football game on Thanksgiving. The food has to be like the main highlight for me. Hanging out with close friends and family is cool but distant family not so much. If I'm gonna lounge around and eat my heart out, I wanna do it around people that I know best.
