I have a summer home in New Jersey and NONE of my friends have ever worn the "Smokey eye" from that 'Jerseylicious' show. Maybe it's good for weekends out, but I'm and everyday natural kind of girl.

Actually its highly depended on region and personality. For example, in Europe - no make up is true standard these days; in Middle East - overmake is standard; everywhere else - middle-style (more make up only for stars and night "butterflies"). Also, if woman is nerdish, she will not care about make up most cases, regardless of origin. If she's into "fashion" and fashion is her life - she will care, and wear according to latest trends.

A little around the eyes and gloss or something not too bold around the lips is just enough for me.

I gotta go with no makeup. Makeup is one of those things that women do to compete with other women. As long as evrything else looks good guys could care less about makeup.
