1/9/2011 - There are a lot of fingers being pointed right now and the political angst that the country has been so publicly expressing seems to have subsided, at least for the moment. Whose fault is it? Other than the individual who brandished the fire arm and did this deed? Articles being published all over the internet blame Sarah Palin, Gun Laws, the Political arena in general, etc.
Should we be blaming ourselves though? Supposed videos are being leaked now and all over YouTube that show disturbing suggestions that the gunman was mentally unstable and showing signs of volatility previous to this massacre. One has to wonder...should someone have said something to someone? But who? And how do we know what too much is, what too crazy is? In a country that stands behind it's most revered amendment, the Freedom of Speech and expression, which is followed ironically by the Right to Bear Arms...how do we know what to recognize as a risk? What can we do to stop this senseless killing?
