I sent a Sony Playstation 3 back and it was a good experience dealing with Sony. It's just that it broke again a few months later and buy that time it was out of warranty. My latest computer was Toshiba and that went bad a month later after buying it. The process was pretty smooth except I had to pay to send it back.
