Singer-songwriter Gavin DeGraw was recovering Tuesday in a NYC hospital after being attacked and beaten by 3 men early on Monday morning according to sources... then reportedly getting hit by a cab about a mile away from where the scuffle took place.
The attack happened around 4 a.m. in New York City's East Village, shortly after the music artist had just parted ways with some drinking buddies. DeGraw reportedly suffered a concussion, broken nose, black eyes, cuts and bruises, his publicist said. After the "pack of thugs" -- as the New York Post described it -- fled, DeGraw continued walking until he was suddenly hit, (though thankfully not seriously injured) by a cab.
