Supreme Court Ruling In Chicago Gun Ban Case
Basically, the Supreme Court ruled that the 2nd amendment was to extend to all State and City based jurisdictions and not just Federal, which basically gutts (ie. overturns) the Chicago gun ban.The Supreme Court seemed to send a message that the 2nd Amendment (Right to bear arms) is the right of every American citizen.
