But in short, I don't suppose any single country should have that kind of celestial blessing to decide who to lives, who to dies and where. If there is such country, there is something wrong with this world, primarily with people of that country.
Besides, most terrible is not that act of violence, but rather policy of double standards. Like if you kill murderer of people belonging to your nation - you're a hero, but if I do the same - I'm abusing "human rights".
