Apple got a favourable resolution after a German court decided and settled it a preliminary injunction in opposition to Korean company’s Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet. Released by the Regional Court of Düsseldorf, the preliminary injunction forbids the sale and importation of the Galaxy 10.1 all over the European Union except for the Netherlands on the argument that it infringes the iPad’s model. The fine is up to $350,000 for every infringement.
Apple reportedly impedes sales of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Europe. What's your take on this?
